My photobook is about a focus on one’s individual identity. Beauty standards/stereotypes. we struggle to demonstrate the genuine nature of our actual personality. Terrified how others will judge us when we act as we are, we get insecure. With my photographs, I want to show that the face doesn’t define the beauty that we are all beautiful in our own way, yet I want to show the struggles that we feel inside. Words can’t bring us down.
